A beautiful villa with one of the best views of Kalkan and the bay.

We have just returned (Oct 23) form staying at the villa and must say it is one of the best we’ve every rented. Its location is just above the Main Road (D400) and Hotel Mediteran which is perfect for uninterrupted views and sunsets.

Based on its size, facilities and location I’d also say it’s very good value for money.

The villa was well maintained and very clean. Ali (the owner) came every day to service the pool and check on our stay, often brining fruit form his own garden as a gift too.

The sun rises from the left of the villa and was on the pool from 09.30 till sunset. A little advice for this time of year. If you are sitting out in the evening, you may need a jumper or fleece if the breeze blows as you are much higher than the town.

While we were there, the road that runs in front of the villa was being resurfaced by the council and while ripping up the old surface, they accidentally cut through the mains power to the villa. We didn’t know at the time but Ali was there immediately and although it took 18 hours to fix, he was on the phone constantly to the power company and his own electrician to ensure it was rectified ASAP. During this time, he ran extension power leads from the neighbouring villa (also owned by a family member) to ensure we still had some power to kitchen and lounge area. He really did go above and beyond in this situation, and for that reason alone I’d recommend him and the villa.

There are a few minor repairs that need to be taken care off and Ali has said they are all listed to be addressed at the end of the season and based on his actions mentioned above, I’m confident he will be true to his word.

All in all, we had a great experience staying here and plan to return when we come back to Kalkan in 2025.

My family (all ladies) stayed in this glorious villa in June ‘23. The villa is amazing. Very comfortable and well equipped. The pool area is glorious with fabulous views over Kalkan. Taxis easy to order to take you into town. Ali was a kind, considerate and gracious host. We would recommend this to anyone that wants a stylish, comfortable villa with amazing views.

We stayed at this amazing Villa in Kalkan in 2022. It certainly did not disappoint and all had an amazing time staying for the first time at Villa Primavera. It certainly won’t be the last time for us. The villa offers everything you could wish for and more. It’s effortlessly spacious but homely, beautiful decor, fantastic facilities for all ages and by far the most breathtaking views. We can’t thank Emre & Ali enough for their time, help & support throughout our two week holiday. Seven family members sharing this amazing space and never once felt overcrowded. We couldn’t wait to return each evening for the stunning sunsets, alfresco dining and all appreciated how lucky we were waking up each morning to the beautiful harbour and ocean views. The infinity pool is one of the best we’ve experienced, with a powerful jacuzzi, that leaves you so relaxed. The gym, cinema & pool table kept the teenagers entertained and the tranquility of the villa made my parent (late 70s) very happy indeed. The pool and garden is cleaned and attended to daily and the outdoor space made it very difficult to leave to explore. The location is perfect to escape to the higher levels of Kalkan, but close enough to pop back & forth by taxi to the port or town. It was an unforgettable holiday & amazing memories of our stay. We spent a fabulous week here earlier on this year and Ali and Emre were fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Our plane happened to be delayed by a couple of hours but our transfer waited for us and Ali waited at his beautiful villa to greet us. The villa and all it’s amenities were out of this world, and the view was breathtaking. We will return in the very near future for sure.

We have just comeback from a two week stay at this beautiful Villa. The views over Kalkan are breath-taking and nothing was too much for Ali or Emre to arrange or to sort. When we landed our transfer driver was waiting clearly with our name marked. Most mornings we would walk down to the harbour and town for an Iced Coffee and some exercise then take a taxi back to the Villa with any groceries required for the day. Our days were often spent by the Villa Pool enjoying the Sun , Infinity pool and Jacuzzi and then pre dinner drinks on the patio watching the sunset before a barbecue or off to town drinks and a meal. We did not use the many amenities that this villa has to offer to keep family members occupied but can see the benefits of the cinema room, table tennis etc. We had a great time and the views are superb and the best we have enjoyed at any of the other Villa locations we have stopped at in Kalkan. We look forwards to returning again next year as a group of six friends and almost don’t want to write a view as it is surely one of kalkan’s best kept secrets.

Set high above Kalkan Bay above the D400, Villa Primavera is situated in what, I think, is the perfect location. The villa is simply stunning in every way. The layout inside is modern and open plan with everything you could wish for to make your holiday unforgettable. The villa is designed to take advantage of its superb location with large picture windows so you can enjoy the fabulous views from all rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and the cinema/games room on the lower floor is perfect for families with young children and teenagers.

I have been visiting Kalkan for many years staying in different locations and accommodation but I can safely say this is the best villa I have had the pleasure of staying in. It is spotlessly clean and the pool and garden area are cleaned daily. The infinity pool enjoys uninterrupted views across the bay to snake and mouse islands. At the end of the day, I can’t think of anything better than to sit outside and watch the sunset from the pool area.

Although, Villa Primavera is situated high up, you can easily walk into town which takes approximately 15 minutes. We have walked back up but the climb is steep and in the heat of the summer, a taxi would be advisable. Taxis are plentiful and very cheap. I tend to hire a car during my stay.

Emre speaks fluent English and is only too willing to help you with any questions or issues before and during your stay to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday. He is always quick to respond.

I am staying here again in April this year with another family and we are counting the days!

I thoroughly recommend staying at this villa, you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed at Villa Primavera 3 years ago, it is absolutely stunning inside and out. All the rooms are spacious and the decor and furnishings are all high end and luxurious. The communication from the owner is great at all times. The transfer to and from the airport was all sorted and finding our driver at the airport when we landed was really easy, we were truly looked after from pick up to drop off at the villa. The cinema and games room is a fabulous extra to this villa, giving everyone something extra apart from the large stunning infinity pool and built in jacuzzi ???? taxi’s into town and back again are reasonably priced and take around 4-5 mins as the villa is above the D400. We are coming back to Villa Primavera this summer and really can’t wait, so much so that we have been on countdown mode since Christmas ???? would also like to say a massive thank you to Emre and his team who look after Villa Primavera and make the experience here unforgettable, you all really are the best ???? see you in August!
